Hockey!

Today was Luke's first day of hockey, he did a great job and says he wants to go back so I guess it was successful!

Here he is with Coach Castor, did I mention Bryan got talked into coaching?! This made Luke very happy!

This week was kind of a free for all, there were kids of all different levels out there and I think next week they will be broken down into groups.

I had to post a picture of Reed all bundled up, he was so good, Cole was another story, as if that's a surprise!

Cole's Artwork

I figured I should post something about Cole since I haven't in a while. Yesterday when I came down from the shower I found some artwork that Cole had done in the sun room, I don't thing it takes much explaining, the pictures can speak for themselves......

Yes that is permanent blue marker all over the floor, wall and couches. I was able to remove it from the floor and I could take it off the wall with a magic eraser and a lot of scrubbing but it will remove the paint so I'm thinking that room may just get a whole makeover. As for the couches, I am going to call and see if our warranty will cover it (they say they will so I guess we'll test it out!). Every marker in our house is now in my possession and I think will remain there for a long time! It was a little embarrassing to send him to Sunday school with the evidence still all over his hands, I guess we'll just have to wait for it to wear off! Hope everyone else had a better weekend than I did!!

Hockey Preview

Luke is starting hockey on Sunday and wanted to try on his gear yesterday, we were very fortunate that a friend of mine had given us her son's old gear. Luke thought Bubba would like to see him all ready to go! I will post more pictures after Sunday, he is so excited!!

First Day of School

Here are some pictures from Jack's first day of second grade (crazy I know!!) and of Luke's first day at his new preschool in the public school. They were both very excited and continue to love school.

I agreed to one goofy picture as long as I got one decent one.

I wasn't prepared to take their picture together as Luke goes after lunch and it was definitely asking way to much to have him up and dressed for when Jack had to leave, Luke is not really a morning person!
